Generally when traveling Ger to Ger, there are different ways that you can opt to travel - you can choose to do it the old fashion way of complete cultural immersion with no assistance (which is a lot of fun for those that enjoy a challenge) and/or a more easy going and very communicative method of traveling with an translator.
