Learn Mongolian language the right way, in the countryside! During this program you will have a great opportunity to learn the Mongolian alphabets and under Mrs. Uranchimeg you will develop your reading and writing skills. Mrs. Uranchimeg is a professional Mongolian teacher, she has been teaching the Mongolian language at a local high school for 22 years in Ikh Tamir soum. After your intensive learning program, you can easily continue your language learning independently.
Day One - Sightseeing: You will reach there in the evening. After served with food and drinks, you will go for a walk to the Tamir River. Having come back, you will have a dinner with the family.
Day Two - Learning 7 main vowels of Mongolian language: After breakfast, your lesson will start. You will be taught main vowels. Through break, you will do exercise to rest and served with coffee and dairy products .After doing reading, writing, and listening exercise, you will have lunch. Then lesson will continue. In a break time, you will drink coffee and play with children. After the break, you will review the lesson of that day with the teacher. Having finished the lesson, you will have dinner. You will trek to the Taikhar rock that is one of the Mongolian historic and cultural mysterious sights for 2 km. coming back, you will sleep.
Day Three - Learning letters of Mongolian and reading combination of letters: After breakfast, lesson will start. Reading and writing the combined letters. Through break time, you will be served with coffee tea and snacks as well as play with children funny games. Then you will continue your writing and reading exercise. After lunch, you will play with children game which can help you to read and write the combined letters. Lesson will finish at 8 o clock. After dinner, you can swim in the Tamir River and walk through beautiful sight Tavan Teeg.
Day Four - Learning letters of Mongolian and reading combination of letters: After breakfast, lesson will start. You will continue learning new letters and reading. Then you will have a break. You will be served with coffee and snacks and play with children new games. After that, continue your reading and writing exercises. Having had lunch, continuing lesson. Through lesson, you will have drinks and snacks and play traditional games. Review the letters that taught. After dinner, you will have a chance to visit nomadic family and experience their nomadic lifestyle.
Day Five - Learning letters of Mongolian and reading combination of letters: After breakfast, lesson will start. You will do reading exercise. In a break time, you will be served with coffee and snacks as well as play with children. Then your lesson will continue. After lunch, your lesson will continue. Through break, having had drinks and snacks, you will do exercise writing in Cyrillic and reading. After dinner, you will do archery and play ankle bone shooting with local people.
Day Six - Review: After breakfast, you will do exercise to review lessons that you taught. After break, you take an exam to check your Mongolian. After lunch, you will read and writing exercises with children. After dinner, you will play Mongolian traditional instrument Horse head fiddle and play with ankle as well as wrestle with local people or watch their wrestling.
Day Seven - Departure: After breakfast, you will have a photo with the teacher and classmates. Departure.
