Winter Travel for March & April: Breeding and Cashmere Combing Season
A historic celebration known as White Moon Festival is celebrated nation-wide after the passing of winter and the open arm greeting of the spring season. It is the rejuvenating spring season that brings new hope to nomadic families, warm weather, and full days of taking care of new younglings that are born during this breeding season.
